The experimental design is as follows:
First, I choose my small bedroom as the experimental object. My bedroom area is 6㎡. First, I am in a closed state. I use formaldehyde tester to test an index of the initial state. Then, open the formaldehyde tester, every half hour to test the various indicators in the bedroom, the number of experiments varies until the value changes little.

Based on the analysis of the experimental results, that the bedroom in the initial state of formaldehyde is 0.038 mg/m, the TVOC is 0.266 mg/m, AQI is 031, the main indicators are at a relatively healthy level, not exceeding the health standards; Open the Cnano air purifier, let it run in the maximum state for 0.5 hours, and then proceed. After 0.5 hours, formaldehyde was 0.024 mg/m³,the TVOC was 0.168 mg/ m³and AQI was 019. The overall index was significantly lower than that of the initial state. After 1.0 hours of operation of air purifier, the relevant standard treatment test was carried out at this time, and formaldehyde was 0.010 mg/m³, the TVOC was 0.070 mg/ m³and AQI was 008, the overall index was 0.010 mg/ m³and 0.07 mg/ m³respectively. Indicators have been significantly reduced; after 1.5 hours of operation of air purifier, relevant treatment criteria are tested again at this time, formaldehyde is 0.006 mg/m³, TVOC is 0.042 mg/m³and AQI is 004, and the overall indicators have been significantly reduced; after 2.0 hours of operation of air purifier, relevant treatment criteria are tested again at this time, formaldehyde is 0.004 mg/m³.The TVOC is 0.028 mg/ m³and AQI is 003. The overall indicators have been significantly reduced, but the trend is not significant. Make an analysis through drawing and see the changes of the three directly. At the end of the experiment was that the air quality in the bedroom was no longer significantly improved. From the data of formaldehyde, the decline of formaldehyde is faster at the beginning of 0-1 h, and slower at the next 1-2 h. The TVOC data show that the decrease of formaldehyde is more rapid at the beginning of 0-1 h, and slower at the latter 1-2 h. AQI also has the same rule. The air quality is getting better gradually, and the trend of improvement is more time-consuming. But it is not intuitive enough. I have made the following line chart to show this change.The physical principle of formaldehyde and TVOC removal is mainly the adsorption of formaldehyde into the pore size of activated carbon and other porous substances, so as to achieve the purpose of formaldehyde removal. AQI is a project to monitor the air index, mainly some small particles, such as dust. Their physical principle of removal is to intercept harmful particles in the air through the size of the filter core of the air purifier, so as to achieve the purpose of purifying the air.
As can be seen from the above figure, the formaldehyde index in the bedroom shows a downward trend after the purification of the Cnano air purifier. The change in the beginning time is very obvious. Especially in the first hour, the slope of the linear transformation is greater than 1-2 hours, which indicates that in the relatively high time of formaldehyde to go. The removal effect is noticeable. When the concentration reaches a lower level, the removal effect becomes worse. The changing trend of the TVOC index is the same as that of formaldehyde, and the change in the initial time is pronounced. Especially in the first hour, the slope of linear transformation is greater than 1-2 hours, which indicates that the time of the TVOC is relatively high. The internal removal effect is pronounced. When the concentration reaches a lower level, the removal effect becomes worse. The changing trend of AQI is the same as that of the former two, and the change trend is more obvious. The monitoring of these three indicators shows that Cnano can purify the air, and when the air quality reaches its maximum, the changes of the three signs are all the same. There has been a trend of change.
This experiment is carried out in a relatively small space, and the specifications of the air purifier used are relatively small. I think the conclusions drawn on this basis are also widely tested. As long as the working mechanism of this air purifier and our experimental data support, he can complete the air purification work in a small space, then in an ample area, on the one hand, can achieve the purpose of air purification by increasing the number of air purifiers, on the other hand, before our technology matures. Besides, a larger air purifier can be produced, to achieve the air purification effect of a larger area of space.
The experiments draw a clear conclusion that the existing air evolution equipment in the market can play an active role in purifying the air.
