The Influences of the Private and Public Interest to China
Thesis Statement:
The Soviet Russia music during the Stalin period is highly related with the politics of the current Soviet Union, which can be represented by the flourishing and diminish of several music organizations such as the Association of Contemporary Musicians, the Russian Association of Proletarian Musicians, and the Union of Soviet Composers.

I. Association of Contemporary Musicians
1.In the period of the Stalin of 1927, the Soviet Union holds an opposite attitude against everything from the western country, which causes the diminish of the Association of Contemporary Musicians since this organization is fond of the experimental and the western types of music.
2.More specifically, the Association of Contemporary Musicians was abolished in 1932 due to the establishing of the Decree on the Reformation of Literary and Artistic Organizations (Nelson, 242).
II. Russian Association of Proletarian Musicians
1.With the diminishing of the Association of Contemporary Musicians, the organization of the Russian Association of Proletarian Musicians was found by the government.
2.Since the Russian Association of Proletarian Musicians is found by the reactionary proletarians of the Soviet Union, the members of the Russian Association of Proletarian Musicians encourage the traditional Russian music instead of the western music (Krebs 49).
III. Union of Soviet Composers
1.In 1932, with the cultural movement of Soviet nationalism, the Union of Soviet Composers was found after the dissolution of the Russian Association of Proletarian Musician.
2.The features of the cultural movement of Soviet nationalism can be defined as the combination of the reaction, isolation, and chauvinism (Krebs 50).
3.During that time of 1932, the Union of Soviet Composers completely give up on the pursuit of western music and use the traditional Russian tone to praise the greatness of Stalin (Krebs 53).
IV. Conclusion
In conclusion, the development of the Soviet Union music has a close relationship with the government.
